Who we are

Escalamos is a marketing agency (website: www.escalamos.io, contact: comercial@escalamos.io). We provide digital marketing management and analytics services for our clients. This policy describes how we handle the data accessed by our internal applications, in particular our reporting application that connects to Meta's Marketing API (Facebook / Instagram Ads).

What data we use

Our application accesses, in read-only mode, performance metrics from the advertising accounts we manage with the express authorization of their owners (our clients). This includes aggregated campaign data such as: ad spend, impressions, clicks, reach, conversions and conversion value.

• We do not access or store personal data of the end users who interact with the ads.

• We do not create, edit, pause or publish ads through this application: its sole function is to read metrics to generate reports.

• Access to each advertising account is granted with the consent of the client who owns that account.

What we use the data for

We use these metrics to generate performance reports and analytics dashboards that help our clients understand and improve the return on their advertising investment. Data is shown in aggregate to the corresponding client and to our internal team.

How we store and protect the data

• Data is stored as aggregated snapshots (daily/campaign totals), on access-restricted infrastructure protected by authentication.

• We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties outside of service delivery.

• Access is limited to authorized Escalamos personnel and the client who owns the account.

Data retention and deletion

We retain aggregated metrics for the duration of the service relationship with the client. Any client may request deletion of their data or disconnection of their account by writing to comercial@escalamos.io; we will process the request promptly.

Platform compliance

The use of Meta platform data is carried out in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and applicable policies. We use the data only for the purposes described in this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The current version will always be available at this URL, with its last-updated date.
